The purpose of the CARE Team is to offer a systematic process that includes a positive, collaborative, comprehensive school-wide system to provide academic and behavioral supports to meet all students’ needs, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.


C.A.R.E. Team is based on a Professional Learning Community Model, where the focus in on student and educator learning, growth, and achievement.
